Billing Terms:

If you have a preferred carrier or your own UPS/Fedex account number you must include that information every time you place an order. Otherwise we will adhere to the following:

USA:

	50% discount
	First orders prepaid
	Subsequent orders: Net 30 days from the ship date
	Minimum order: $100 net, after discount is applied
	At least 2 copies per title

Overseas:

	50% discount
	First orders prepaid
	Subsequent orders: Net 30 days from the ship
	Minimum order: $100 net, after discount is applied
	At least 2 copies per title
	Your Invoice will be in US dollars. Payment must be remitted in US dollars.

All books are sold on a non-returnable basis. Any shortages or damage claims must be made in writing within 30 days of ship date.

Payment:

	First time orders must be prepaid by credit card or you may request a pro-forma invoice. Please supply at least two trade references with your order.
	Credit terms to stores in good standing are Net 30 days.
	Payment can be made by: Check drawn in US$ Visa, Mastercard or American Express or Paypal (2% may be added to your final invoice if you choose this method to cover transaction fees) Wire transfer ($15 will be added to your account if you choose this method to cover bank charges)

Shipping Terms

If you have a preferred carrier or your own UPS/Fedex account number you must include that information when placing all orders. Otherwise we will adhere to the following:

USA:

	Orders under 300 lbs are shipped UPS Ground or UPS cwt (hundred weight).
	Orders over 300 lbs are shipped via best possible freight.

Overseas:

	We ship UPS or by truck (as above) to your consolidator. You must include all special instructions when you place your order.
	If you don’t have a consolidator, we will use Express Books Freight. If we are third party billed, all ocean freight charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
